Yildiz Holding's Polinas moves to acquire packaging exporter Imaj Ambalaj

Polinas, the flexible packaging film producer owned by Turkey's Yildiz Holding through its Gozde Girisim arm, is preparing to acquire sole control of Imaj Ambalaj, a Turkish packaging exporter with around EUR 40m (USD 45m) annual revenue. Imaj Ambalaj, based in Gebze and part of Aktif Holding, exports to more than 30 countries and employs over 250 people. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
