WPS acquires Terra's potted plant sleeving business from Bercomex
WPS has agreed to acquire the potted plant sleeving activities of Terra from Bercomex, adding automatic sleeving machine technology, installed systems and specialist knowledge to its automation portfolio for potted plant growers. The transfer and integration of the business into WPS is expected to take six months, during which WPS will invest in further product development, service and commercial support for the acquired machines. Terra's cut flower sleeving activities are excluded and remain with Bercomex and Terra International.
