French packaging maker Verpack completes new LBO with Aldebaran Capital Partners
French secondary packaging manufacturer Verpack has completed a new leveraged buyout with private equity firm Aldebaran Capital Partners, with the founding Viers family retaining majority ownership. The company, which runs six industrial sites employing 530 staff, is targeting revenue of USD 68m (EUR 60m) in 2026 and plans to use the deal to fund its industrial transition and external growth.
