CTL acquires contract packager DMS Packaging

US third-party logistics and fulfilment provider CTL has acquired DMS Packaging, adding secondary packaging, contract assembly and retail display capabilities. DMS Packaging's operations will be integrated into CTL's Elk Grove Village, Illinois facility as a dedicated value-added services centre. Deal terms were not disclosed.
