TGW International invests USD 1.5m in Indian tooling capacity
TGW International, a machine knife and blade maker owned by Edge Industrial Technologies, has invested US$1.5 million in modern equipment at its Indore, India manufacturing site and applied for a licence to make two million knives to serve demand from India and the wider Asia-Pacific region. The company, which entered India in 2010, says the Indore plant's output has grown from 60,000 blades in its first year to 8.3 million finished blades by the end of 2025.
