Maple Group buys Rotterdam industrial packer Fladderak
Maple Group has acquired fellow Rotterdam-based industrial packer Fladderak Industriële Verpakkingen, adding facilities in the Eemhaven to its existing packing, lashing and logistics operations. The combined business now has more than 40,000 square metres of capacity and over 100 employees, aimed at handling larger machinery and energy-transition export projects. Financial terms were not disclosed, and Fladderak will keep its name, location and staff.
