Stratus Packaging acquires French label maker Freppel Imprimeur
Stratus Packaging Group has acquired Freppel Imprimeur, a France-based label and print producer founded in 1968. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal lifts Stratus' combined turnover to more than EUR 100m (USD 119m) and its workforce to over 520 people.
