Hotpack acquires significant stake in Oman's Pride Packaging
Hotpack Group, a UAE-based sustainable packaging manufacturer, has acquired a significant stake in Oman's Pride Packaging, opening the way for its entry into manufacturing in Oman. The partners plan an integrated packaging production complex in the coastal Wilayat of Barka in northern Oman, under a memorandum of understanding signed at the Inspire Oman Investors Summit 2026. Hotpack said the move is part of a five-year expansion plan covering Oman, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Jordan and India.
