Indorama completes acquisition of Polypet PET plant in Indonesia

Indorama has completed the acquisition of Cilegon-based Polypet Karyapersada, an Indonesian PET producer, after signing the deal in March 2026. The new capacity will be co-located with Indorama's existing PET and PTA facilities in the country.
