Kantek Stavropol starts full-cycle production of all-plastic trigger sprayers in Russia
Russian manufacturer Kantek Stavropol has started full-cycle production of fully plastic trigger sprayers, models 28/410 and 28/415, becoming the country's first producer of such all-plastic dispensers. The company says the all-plastic design simplifies recycling and reduces import dependence for Russian household chemical and cosmetics makers. It plans to begin serial output of a two-component trigger sprayer, model FPT-41, this month.
Why this mattersA first domestic source of all-plastic trigger sprayers reduces Russian household chemical and cosmetics fillers' dependence on imported dispensers.
- Kantek Stavropol is the first Russian producer of fully plastic trigger sprayers.
- Production covers injection moulding of all parts and final assembly in-house.
- Current models are 28/410 and 28/415, both fully plastic.
- The company already produces the FPT-19 trigger sprayer with a single-component shroud.
- Serial production of the two-component FPT-41 sprayer is planned to start in September 2026.
- The company also makes HDPE bottles of 500ml, 600ml and 1000ml.
