Lumson Group acquires US and Asian cosmetics packaging maker Lombardi

Italian cosmetics packaging group Lumson has completed the acquisition of Lombardi Design and Manufacturing in the United States through its Lumson USA subsidiary, and separately acquired 100% of Lombardi Design & MFG Limited in Asia. The deals give Lumson a direct presence in Europe, North America and Asia; Lombardi Design and Manufacturing will keep its name and brand, with Carl Lombardi continuing as chief executive.
