Lynoo Pharmaceutical Packaging files for Hong Kong listing as core glass business weakens
Lynoo Pharmaceutical Packaging, a Chinese pharmaceutical glass packaging maker, has filed with the Hong Kong stock exchange for a dual A+H listing, with CMS International as one of two joint sponsors. In H1 2026 revenue rose 34.93% year on year to RMB 673m (USD 101m), driven by heat-resistant glassware, while net profit attributable to shareholders fell 23.95% to RMB 31.16m (USD 4.66m). Operating cash flow was negative, and the controlling shareholder has pledged 78.28% of its stake to guarantee borrowings of affiliated group companies.
