Matic Plast buys back founder's 24.5% stake in Matic Plast Milano

Matic Plast S.r.l. has bought back the 24.5% minority stake in its operating subsidiary Matic Plast Milano previously held by founder Giovanni Agostino Patti, closing the deal at the end of September 2026. The subsidiary, which makes premium packaging for perfumery and cosmetics brands including Estee Lauder and Interparfums, reported revenue of about EUR 71m and EBITDA of about EUR 5.6m in its latest year. The move brings full governance of the operating company back under the holding group.
