PaperWorks Industries agrees to acquire Color Craft Graphic Arts

PaperWorks Industries has agreed to acquire Color Craft Graphic Arts, adding two cardboard manufacturing plants and six converting plants in the United States and Canada to its folding carton network. The deal extends PaperWorks' fully integrated recycled cardboard and carton manufacturing footprint. No deal value was disclosed.
