ProAmpac completes USD 1.51bn purchase of TC Transcontinental Packaging
ProAmpac has closed its acquisition of TC Transcontinental Packaging from Canada's TC Transcontinental for USD 1.51bn, a deal first disclosed in December 2025. The acquired business runs 25 facilities with 3,500 employees, supplying extrusion, printing, lamination, converting and recycling services to agriculture, beverage, dairy, meat and pet food customers. TC Transcontinental said it will now concentrate on retail services and printing and educational publishing.
