SPHERE acquires French industrial packaging maker Polyex
French household and compostable packaging group SPHERE has acquired the entirety of Polyex, a French manufacturer of extruded polyethylene sleeves, covers and bags for industrial clients. The deal extends SPHERE's reach beyond its traditional professional, public-sector and retail customer base and complements its existing subsidiary Alfaplas. Financial terms were not disclosed.
