Beatson Clark commits USD 4.8m (GBP 3.6m) to Euro palletisers at Rotherham glass plant

Beatson Clark has started a capital expenditure programme at its Rotherham glass plant. It includes more than USD 4.8m (GBP 3.6m) over the next 12 months for four Euro palletisers, to support trade with European sister business Pont Packaging and wider exports. The programme also scales up the decorating facility opened in August 2024 with new screen printing equipment, and extends hot-end air curtains across the site; the company says these cut airborne particulates by about 95%.
