Poly-clip System and Process-Pack combine German sales units as Lanitech
Poly-clip System Deutschland Vertriebs- und Service GmbH and Process-Pack Deutschland GmbH have merged their sales and service operations into a newly founded entity, Lanitech GmbH, effective 1 September 2026. Poly-clip System GmbH & Co. KG continues as an independent manufacturer and technology partner, while Lanitech bundles clipping, processing, packaging and taste-and-technology solutions for food producers.
Why this mattersBundling sales and service across clipping and processing brands lets food-machinery suppliers offer line-level solutions rather than single machines, a model rivals may need to match.
