Millcraft acquires protective packaging distributor P3
Millcraft has acquired Protective Packaging Products (P3), a Louisville, Kentucky-based distributor of custom corrugated and protective packaging serving automotive and industrial customers. Financial terms were not disclosed. P3 will continue to operate as a separate entity from its existing facility, retaining its processes and customer relationships.
