Borealis completes acquisition of recycled PP compounder Rialti
Borealis has closed its acquisition of Rialti, a producer of polypropylene compounds made from mechanically recycled post-industrial and post-consumer feedstock, after signing the deal in June 2026. Rialti adds 50,000 tonnes a year of recycled PP compounding capacity serving automotive, appliance and construction customers.
