SCG Chemicals and PTTGC agree key terms for Thai olefins JV

SCG Chemicals (SCGC) and PTT Global Chemical (PTTGC) have agreed key terms, including shareholding structure, to combine their olefin and polyolefin businesses in Thailand into a joint venture. The companies plan to launch the JV in the second half of 2027, following a period of study into the tie-up.
