Sinopharm to take control of Shandong Pharmaceutical Glass via USD 484m share placement
Shandong Pharmaceutical Glass published a prospectus on 9 October 2026 for a private placement of new A-shares raising up to USD 483.86m (CNY 3,235.12m) from China National Pharmaceutical International and Shandong Yaoxin Health Industry. On completion, China National Pharmaceutical International becomes controlling shareholder, its parent Sinopharm actual controller and the State Council's state assets commission ultimate controller, replacing the Yiyuan county finance bureau. The final share count requires Shanghai Stock Exchange approval and China Securities Regulatory Commission registration.
