Transpack acquires Atlante group packaging units via Italian insolvency process

Transpack Group has acquired the operating businesses of Enwrap Logistic & Packaging, Atlante and Beaver Facility Management from the insolvent Gruppo Atlante, under a group composition with creditors before the Milan court. The sale, completed under Italy's crisis code competitive tender procedure, preserves the businesses and all 150 jobs, with Transpack using dedicated vehicles Enwrap and TPK Partecipazioni to complete the acquisition.
