Tetra Pak launches paper-based wrap for ice cream packaging
Tetra Pak has launched an Ice Cream Wrap made from up to 85% FSC-certified or controlled-source paper, aimed at a format long dominated by plastic and foil. A phased European rollout is planned from the fourth quarter of 2026, with the product currently in validation trials with producers including Sweden's Triumf Glass ahead of wider commercialisation and expansion into other markets.
