Alpla develops recyclable mono-material foam dispenser pump

Alpla has developed a foam dispenser pump made entirely of polypropylene, eliminating the metal parts used in conventional pumps to aid recycling. The 25-gram patented system, created by Alpla's Alplainject injection moulding unit, will be shown at Beautyworld Middle East in Dubai in early October 2026 ahead of a planned pilot phase and commercial rollout with customers.
