Arburg shows automated Domino production cell built on Hasco/Polar-Form mould
Arburg will present a turnkey automated production cell at Fakuma 2026 based on the Domino family mould jointly developed with Hasco and Polar-Form, first unveiled at K 2025. An Allrounder More 2000 machine runs a 32-cavity hot-runner mould with a 3D-printed hot runner to produce two-coloured ABS dominoes, with a new upstream cobot cell packing the finished parts into boxes. Arburg is acting as general contractor for the full system.
Why this mattersThe exhibit shows how injection moulders now bundle multi-component mould design, machine and end-of-line packing into single automated cells for customers.
