Desi Kimya acquires UK corrosion-protection packaging specialist Technology Packaging

Desi Kimya, a manufacturer of corrosion-inhibiting and desiccant products, has acquired Technology Packaging Ltd, a UK specialist in corrosion prevention and protective packaging that trades under the TechCorro brand. The deal combines Desi Kimya's VCI manufacturing and testing capabilities with Technology Packaging's UK customer base in foundries, forges and the automotive, aerospace and medical sectors. No financial terms were disclosed.
