Encirc to invest USD 928,000 (GBP 700,000) in skills at Fermanagh glass plant

Encirc, the glass container maker owned by Vidrala, is investing more than USD 928,000 (GBP 700,000) over three years to retrain staff at its Derrylin site in Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. The programme is part-funded by a USD 208,300 (GBP 157,200) grant from Invest NI and covers low-carbon engineering, alternative fuels, digital tools and leadership as the site targets net-zero glass manufacturing from 2030.
