Indorama Ventures and Rebhan launch glass-like recycled PET for cosmetics

Indorama Ventures and German packaging maker Rebhan have jointly launched Luxyclear EBM PET 5508, a specialty PET grade for extrusion blow moulding that gives thick-wall cosmetic bottles a glass-like appearance. The grade is available in virgin, up to 100% chemically recycled, and mass-balanced renewable feedstock versions, and is now commercially available to beauty brands in Europe, the Americas and Asia.
