Loparex recapitalisation brings further investment from Monarch Alternative Capital
Release liner maker Loparex is moving to a new ownership structure as part of a comprehensive recapitalisation, under which it announced a further investment at the beginning of September 2026. According to trade publication EUWID, that investment is to be made by Monarch Alternative Capital. Loparex, which produces silicone-coated release liners, is based in Cary, North Carolina.
