Marygold Companies sells New Zealand packaging printer Printstock
The Marygold Companies' subsidiary Gourmet Foods has agreed to sell its Printstock Products business unit, a digital printer of custom food packaging based in Napier, New Zealand, to local private investment firm TAG Investments Limited. The all-cash asset sale is valued at a minimum of USD 1.39m (NZD 2.45m), with final proceeds set at closing, and completion is expected around 20 November 2026.
