Sappi Europe raises coated mechanical paper prices by EUR 20 a tonne

Sappi Europe has announced a general price increase of EUR 20 per tonne, or the local currency equivalent, across its Coated Mechanical paper portfolio. The increase applies to all deliveries from October 2026 and is attributed to persistent cost inflation in energy, transport, labour, chemicals and fibre. Sales staff will contact customers individually on implementation.
