STADLER commissions large lightweight packaging sorting plant for PreZero in Austria

STADLER Anlagenbau has completed and commissioned a lightweight packaging (LVP) sorting facility for PreZero in Sollenau, Austria, described as the largest and most complex system STADLER has delivered to date. The plant is designed to process approximately 104,500 tonnes of lightweight packaging annually across two modules, using 35 near-infrared sorting units from STEINERT and an AI-based battery-detection system.
