T.H.E.M. appoints Mike Young president as Steve Belko becomes vice chairman

T.H.E.M., the US single-serve contract packager, has moved President Steve Belko to Vice Chairman of the Board and Executive Advisor effective 14 September 2026, after 38 years with the company. Mike Young succeeds him as President, bringing commercial experience from nutraceuticals and contract manufacturing.
