US Commerce sets 28.52% preliminary dumping margin for Vietnam paper bag exporter
The US Department of Commerce has set a preliminary weighted-average dumping margin of 28.52% for International Packaging Limited Company, the only mandatory respondent left in its administrative review of the antidumping order on Vietnamese paper shopping bags covering 3 January 2024 to 30 June 2025. The Vietnam-wide rate of 92.34% was not under review and stays in place, and the review was ended for exporters that withdrew their requests. The final results will set assessment rates on past entries and cash deposits on future shipments.
