Vetropack hires KONČAR-Helb to upgrade power grid at Austrian plant

KONČAR-Helb, part of Croatian electrical engineering group KONČAR, has signed a contract with Vetropack Austria to reconstruct and modernise the 110 kV power system at the Pöchlarn glass container plant. The work covers rebuilding the 110/20 kV substation, upgrading medium-voltage installations and adding new infrastructure to raise capacity and supply reliability. No contract value or completion date was disclosed.
